I never subscribed to this service, and it appears to be a legitimate company (ie, not spam).  It was addressed to the e-mail account I use only for DeviantArt.  I run my own mail server and have spam statistics -- I have received 0 spam e-mails to this account over the last 2 years, and this e-mail is art related.

Crafty new marketing technique for DeviantART, or just a coincidence?

You have top secret clearance.  Your company offers you 70,000$ untaxed for 8 months in Iraq doing computer forensics.  Upsides include the aformentioned chunk o' change, 7 course lobster dinners once a week, internet connectivity, free tanning (just walk outside), and a pretty challenging and enjoyable job that you can never tell anyone about.  Downsides include being in the "Red Zone" near unfriendly military hotspots, the possibility of taking a mortar to the dome (just walk outside), being away from friends and family, and the overall feeling of being in freaking Iraq for 8 months.
